This product arrives fully assembled and is required to be delivered with Premium Delivery Service. The service is an additional $399 USD and includes 1st Floor delivery, unpacking, and removal of shipping debris. This product can only be shipped to the lower 48 contiguous states. After the order is placed, customer service will call to confirm the Premium Delivery Service availability.Important to note, FedEx Drivers retain the option of delivering to a secondary location if the first location is deemed undeliverable due to drivers’ safety.
